Virtual Envoy Package includes: 

• Video will be viewable on date of Visitation Service so that guests can see video. 
• Within 12 hours of funeral home placing order, a dynamic QR code will be sent to you so that it can be added to the print proof of the memorial card and funeral program 
• Elements of the video that include placement of flowers next to the finalized marker may take longer (in case the headstone is not yet inscribed). 
  
• Cemetery entry photo
• Fresh flower delivery
• Aerial path to the exact location of your loved one's memorial 
• Most recent image of your loved one's memorial
• Male or Female voice reading your customized message 
• Work with Funeral Home and staff to make sure that the card is printed correctly and updated to the family's satisfaction
• Option to update the visit annually with a new message; new memory of loved one; and new flower delivery
